Redi Systems' First Highway Clean!

The morning was cool and there was even a slight breeze. Ten members of the Redi Systems team met to go over safety guidelines for what would be their first highway clean! A core value that Redi Systems embodies is investing in the community. Whether it be participating in local events or volunteering on the weekends everyone loves to help where they can.

The employees that participated split into two teams and began at the West end then headed Eastbound towards Wamego. Scott, Mark, Sean, and Jessie (Sean's wife) did a fantastic job picking things up and helping out on the other side when they completed their own!

The second group consisted of Preston, Owen, Matt, Amy and Erin (Preston's wife). They were very excited to help pick things up and keep Kansas clean!

After wrapping up the entire team felt great about the work that was done. Spirits were high and all were up for doing this a second time! A few things we learned included bringing insect repellent and  especially sunscreen because although the morning felt nice, the early afternoon sun was beating down on a few. Hope you're enjoying your sandal tan line Matt!
