Sean, I want to thank you for my great experience today. Your two reps were not only on time, very professional, and knowledgeable but took great care and were persistent. I know from my experience that retrofitting almost always has challenges that are not clear until the job is underway. With my past hands on experience doing this type of work, I tend to expect a possible additional in-wall access point to cover and some degree of minor touch up paint. I am pleasantly surprised to say that the only drywall whole needed is the dog ear plate cover behind the wall mount TV that you identified as needed in your assessment and quoting visit. Even more surprising to me is that I cannot find a spec of touch up paint needed. The latter I found especially surprising on a retrofit job. Along the same lines, I must tell you of my teenage son's impression.
My son had already left for school prior to your reps arriving. He had football practice immediately after school so he did not arrive home until they were done and left. He was excited for the plans we had for the family/rec room area. Shortly after arriving home he voiced his disappointment that the work Redi Systems was going to do today was not completed- although it was. I guess he also expected a bigger post work footprint left. I had to show him the additional in ceiling speakers, wiring for the tv, and wiring for the components to assure him it was done.
We haven't finished hooking up let alone calibrating everything but I don't expect any problems with wiring or speakers.
Thanks again for such a positive experience. Knowing you, I am not surprised by Redi Systems' success. However, I believe, having reps working with you that convey and work under your premises is challenging but you are nailing it!
Dear Mr. Ruth, I would like to inform you of the quality and expertise of your service, your staff and your products. I recently contracted with your firm for the installation of a home theater and satellite system. This was a complicated package for it included custom installation of the TV above a fireplace, theater components installed in custom cabinetry, transfer and installation of a satellite system and the connections of the entire package from roof to basement. Through out the entire process your firm displayed care for my property, expertise of their subject matter and quality in their work.
Your crew arrived at the appointed time and immediately impressed me by removing their shoes even though it required putting them on for every sortie out to their vehicle. In this they never deviated; much to my appreciation. The crew laid down a cover for the rugs on which they organized their tools and materials which kept their work area neat, clean and organized. There were multiple problems with the installation, however everyone displayed professional, caring demeanor and over came each obstacle. A major obstacle occurred when a component was shipped with an incorrect part. Your crew worked extra time to fabricate a solution to get the system operational even though they had home and families to tend. They then followed up with the installation of the correct part upon its shipment. Your firm’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship in all your efforts are examples to all service companies. I am most satisfied with your efforts and my experience with you and your staff.

I am equally happy with the installation but more important with the way these systems work. Have to admit that my not knowing these systems as well as you made me a little nervous at times but you DO know your stuff, and I could not be more pleased with the results. I also appreciated the skill sets of your installation team and their infinite patience with me!
It is really something to watch a movie seen many times before only to experience all of these “new” sounds and effects for the very first time! I guess that revered system I had before was truly……pitiful?

Sean and his team did an outstanding job from start to finish on equipping my home. I initially contacted them about helping me with surround sound; little did I know they were able to provide solutions for me on whole house sound, pc connectivity, alarm system, central vacuum, lighting control, automated window treatments, and a theatre room. When building our home it was overwhelming learning all the pieces we were responsible for, but Redi Systems was able to take charge of the situation and provide me with solutions for many of our areas of concern. With all that being said the best thing about Redi Systems is their level of service after the sale. They continue to answer my questions and help me with solutions more than two years after the initial sale. It is very hard to find good people that will stand behind their work like Redi Systems does. Redi System comes with my highest recommendation.
